United StatesIt’s so important to keep drinking ZYM in the canyon. 105 in the shade, the sun is out 90% of the hike. It’s hot. I increased the tab count to 3-4 per 2L bottle. I had 4 of them!!! It helped big time. It saved my legs going up elevation to 5 to 6000 ft. Still tasted good even thought it got sweeter than I like. ZYM is the way to go.
United StatesI love Zym. These tablets give water a great taste. Best of all, being an athlete in Arizona, these hydration tablets have helped me stave off cramps, and that is important to me. I dissolve them in room temp water (faster) and then add ice. It makes for a great tasting, cramp beating hydration solution.

I’ve been using zym for some time on longer Peloton rides - it definitely reduces the “bonk” on these. Recently my wife also started using zym to keep electrolytes balanced following some severe medical issues and the difference before and after zym have been incredible!
United StatesI have been using Zym electrolytes for years when I am riding long gravel rides, Ragbrai, or just for a quick hangover fix. They aren’t too sweet(I hate sweet). And they don’t fiz in my belly.
